    Pulmonary Medicine Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic outpatient Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine team in our Roseville clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality respiratory and sleep care.     As an Outpatient APP in Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine, you will:

    • Under the general Supervision of a physician, evaluate and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and chronic cough
    • Diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and hypersomnia.
    • Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and adherence
    • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with board-certified pulmonologists
    • Provide patient education on inhaler techniques, disease management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygiene
    • Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists
    • Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
    • Active state license and national board certification
    • DEA registration (or eligibility)
    • ACLS Required
    • Strong clinical and communication skills
