Job Description:

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel the patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Mixed Outpatient-focused model with weekly inpatient rounds
• Deliver outstanding care in a supportive environment focused on follow-ups, new patient consults, pre-ops, and post-op appointments.

Required Qualifications:

• State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Urology experience preferred
