You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. You’ll work alongside a supportive clinical team with a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio, dedicated triage services, and the resources needed to deliver quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

• Five-day workweek consisting of 3 weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday
• Saturday hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Sunday hours: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Strong clinical support with a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio
• Dedicated LPN triage service to minimize after-hours call responsibilities
• 100% outpatient primary care setting
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

• You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• You hold an active, unrestricted Florida license
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships
• You thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $105,000 annually, increasing based on experience
