We are a Joint Commission certified Thrombectomy-capable stroke center. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n \nConduct comprehensive Neurological assessments including history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic studies. \n \nManage chronic conditions such as dementia, headaches disorders, movement disorders, radiculopathy, and peripheral nerve disease. \n \nEvaluate and triage new patient referrals and follow-up visits. \n \nOrder and interpret laboratory studies, diagnostic testing \n \nDevelop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with collaborating physicians \n \nProvide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and medication management \n \nParticipate in care coordination with other providers and specialties. \n \nDocument all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the Electronic Medical Record \n \nMaintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory guidelines, and best practice standards. \n \nQualifications: \n \nGraduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program \n \nNational Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Certification (APRN) OR national board certification as a Physician Assistant. \n \nCurrent Physician Assistant or APRN license in the State of Florida. \n \n2+ years of general Neurology or related experience required \n \nBLS/ACLS \n \nPreferred Skills: \n \nExperience with Epic Electronic Medical Record \n \nCompensation and Benefits: \n \nCompetitive salary based upon experience \n \nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance \n \n403(b) with employer match \n \nPaid time off and CME allowance \n \nMalpractice insurance coverage \n \nSupportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. \n \nOur Commitment \n \nRooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
