What You'll Champion:
- Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 3-5 years of primary care experience
- Full‑time outpatient schedule: Five 8‑hour days or four 10‑hour days per week
- Fridays required, plus one evening per week (Monday evenings preferred, flexibility available)
- Independent, provider‑led practice with one physician and team‑based support
- Established patient panel provided - step into care immediately without building from scratch
