Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine – Manhattan Square in Hampton, Virginia. Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
• Flexibility to work 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours
• Average of 18 – 20 patients per day
• Join a collaborative team with 3 physicians, 3 APPs, and 25 support staff
• Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity, and newborns, if desired
• No call expectation

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA
• Minimum master’s degree required
• Prior experience in primary care as a licensed provider preferred, but will consider an exceptional new grad

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
