About this role:
As an Advanced Practice ProviderinFamily Medicine,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.In this role you willwork with 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers who placehigh importance onteamwork andcollaboration. Our team is well-known forsynergy,andhigh patient satisfaction scores.
You will practice atHurricane Valley Clinicin Hurricane, UT
Your hours will befull-time,andyourschedulemay be 3 to 4 days per week depending onthe clinic'sneeds. Our clinicis open Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm weekly.
Youron-callresponsibilities areshared among all providers and will beapproximately every7thweek for 7 days.

Whatyoullbring:
APRN or PA-C degreefrom an accredited program
Board certification
Active,unobstructedUtahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
2+ Years of experience is preferred
BLS Certification
