Job Summary
The Brandon NICU is expanding, offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing and dynamic team. As a regional referral center with expertise in Level IV NICU care, we provide the highest level of specialized neonatal services. The Advanced Practice Professional will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to newborns in this advanced clinical setting.
This role is dedicated to delivering the highest quality patient- and family-centered care, fostering effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, and supporting a collaborative care environment. Additional responsibilities include enhancing educational opportunities for house staff and medical students and contributing to ongoing innovation and excellence in newborn care within the Childrens and Womens Hospital.

Full Time Salary range: $138,489 - $213,657 / year
Bonus: A Physician Assistant Neonatology Critical Care who participates in air and ground patient transports will be eligible for a quarterly bonus of $1000 per quarter. Bonuses shall be prorated for part-time Employees.

Work Schedule
Hours: 20 per week
Shift: Day/Night rotation, this position includes weekend and holidays shifts as required by the service
Location: C.S. Mott Children's Hospital Brandon Newborn Intensive Care Unit and Von Voigtlander Women's Hospital Birthing Center
Union Affiliation
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the United Physician Assistants of Michigan Medicine (UPAMM), which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act.
