What Youll Do

• Deliver mental health care to residents in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Collaborate with care teams to craft treatment plans that work.
• Provide follow-up and continuity of care that makes a difference.

What Youll Need

• Active PMHNP or psych PA license in Indiana with ability to practice and bill independently.
• DEA license preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
