About the Role
Signal Security is looking for two experienced, dependable security professionals to join our Jacksonville market as Advanced Operations Officers. This is a senior field leadership role — not an entry-level position. You will serve as the operational backbone of the branch, working directly alongside the Operations Manager to keep staffing covered, officers trained, and clients served without interruption. These officers represent Signal Security at our highest-profile client locations and are expected to lead by example at all times.

Positions Available
Advanced Operations Officer — Days | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Advanced Operations Officer — Evenings | 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Hospital Coverage
Signal Security provides security services for Jacksonville ER & Hospital seven days per week from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Both Advanced Operations Officers will alternate hospital assignments as part of their regularly scheduled workload to ensure continuous coverage.
Any overtime required must receive prior approval from the Operations Manager and should only occur when necessary to maintain client coverage.
Minimum Billable Hour Requirements
Each Advanced Operations Officer is required to maintain a minimum of four billable days per week. Billable assignments include:
Administrative work shall be scheduled around billable assignments whenever practical.
Cross-Training Requirements
Each Advanced Operations Officer must be fully trained and capable of performing every operational assignment within the Jacksonville branch. Each AO will complete the AO SPI training and will be evaluated and checked off using the standard AO training checklist. Every AO must be capable of immediately filling any open assignment without additional training.

Scheduling Responsibilities
Advanced Operations Officers are responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in maintaining complete schedule integrity. The objective is to maintain zero client vacancies whenever operationally possible.
Training Responsibilities
Advanced Operations Officers serve as Field Training Officers. Training covers every Walmart location, every patrol assignment, and hospital operations.
Operations Support
Advanced Operations Officers serve as extensions of the Operations Manager and assist with:
