What you’ll tackle
- Plan the sequence of machining and assembly operations from customer orders and technical data (drawings, specifications, purchase orders).
- Develop shop routings, op sheets, tooling plans, and process docs that deliver quality and throughput.
- Align processes with available equipment for efficient, effective manufacturing.
- Specify, design, or procure special tooling/fixtures and equipment to meet cost and schedule targets.
- Program CNC equipment to meet dimensional, finish, and timing requirements.
- Serve on Corrective Action and MRB Boards, driving resolution and prevention.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining and tooling issues.
- Create or revise manufacturing drawings using CAD methodologies.
- Value‑engineer products and processes to reduce cost, lead time, and cycle time.
- Adhere to company policies/procedures, as well as military and contractual requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Your toolkit
- SolidWorks; Microsoft Suite
- GD&T mastery
- Working knowledge of MRP, kitting, batch sizing, configuration control, workflow routings
Experience that sets you up for success
- BS in Engineering required; equivalent experience considered
- 7+ years in manufacturing preferred

- G‑Code; M‑Code
- CNC setup & changeover
- Precision measurement & hand metrology
