Re:Build is a fast‑scaling family of industrial and engineering businesses. We combine enabling technologies, operational superiority, and strategic M&A to build America’s next‑generation industrial company. Our people bring deep expertise in engineering, operations management, and technology and thrive in a candid, principled culture designed to stretch capabilities and accelerate growth.
We were founded to make revitalization of U.S. manufacturing both real and profitable. Across complementary capabilities and lines of business, we serve a broad set of end markets. Our acquired companies, rooted in build‑to‑print and by‑the‑hour engineering/design services, are moving into sophisticated program development, production, and proprietary products. We focus on highly complex systems and products, delivering product/systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and large‑volume contract manufacturing to customers in aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.
We aim to positively influence the industries—and communities—where we operate. Every teammate shares in ownership and participates in the financial upside we create together, at all levels.

You’ll shadow a seasoned technician as you learn our tooling, layup techniques, and vacuum bagging standards. By mid‑week, you’ll be trimming and drilling your first set of parts to drawing, logging inspection results, and teaming up with engineering to fine‑tune a fixture—hands‑on from day one, with quality as your north star.
