General Profile
The Advanced Commercialization Engineer V for the New Product Commercial team (NPC) is recognized as a technical authority within the organization driving early commercialization of first‑in‑world semiconductor equipment by shaping architecture, manufacturability, cost intent, and supply readiness before design lock.
Anticipates complex technical, commercial, and organizational challenges and drives system‑level solutions with broad business impact.
Operates with significant autonomy across one or more strategic programs or platforms and shapes architecture, execution models, and supplier co‑development approaches that materially influence cost, scalability, and time‑to‑market.
Provides enterprise-level technical program leadership and is accountable for influencing outcomes that materially impact cost structure, scalability, and time-to-market.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline. Advanced knowledge of manufacturing process engineering, process economics, or systems engineering is a differentiating asset at this level.
Experience
Typically 10-15+ years of progressive engineering experience in product development, DFx, commercialization, supplier engineering, or complex technical program leadership.

Possesses broad systems knowledge enabling cross-domain integration and optimization.

Anticipates business, market, and regulatory trends and translates them into technical and commercialization strategies. Influences investment decisions, cost structures, and platform scalability through engineering leadership.

Leads complex, high-risk initiatives and provides technical direction across multiple programs. Influences organizational priorities and execution through expertise rather than authority.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
