Your Mission
- Set up and operate CNC equipment to deliver parts that match engineering requirements.
- Watch the process closely—adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to hit quality and efficiency targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep uptime high.
- Interpret drawings and technical documents to guide decisions on the floor.
- Coordinate with teammates to satisfy production goals and deadlines.
- Protect people and product by following established safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Capture production data and escalate concerns to supervisors quickly and clearly.
What It Takes
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC operator or equivalent machining position.
- Strong grasp of CNC machinery, controls, and programming fundamentals.
- Confidence reading blueprints and understanding tolerances and GD&T basics.
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfort working solo and collaborating with a tight-knit team.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime when necessary.
