Advanced CNC Milling Technician — 3–4 Axis VMC

The impact you’ll make
- Configure and operate CNC milling machines to achieve exact specifications.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute machining strategies.
- Oversee machine cycles and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and finish.
- Conduct routine maintenance and resolve equipment issues to sustain uptime.
- Inspect completed components using precision metrology to validate conformance.
- Collaborate across the team to optimize tooling, fixturing, and process efficiency.
- Champion a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.
Background & capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; a machining-focused technical certification/degree is preferred.
- Hands-on experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or comparable machining position.
- Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong grasp of CNC programming principles and machine operation.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers.
- Uncompromising attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Comfort working both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude paired with robust problem-solving skills.
