Advanced Automotive Diagnostics Technician

Location: Brentwood, TN (Nashville area)

Compensation: Flat rate structure $25–$49+/hr with bonus opportunities; experienced techs commonly earn $30–$49+/hr. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.

A day in your new bay

You roll into a clean, climate-controlled service drive where the workflow is steady and organized. Your first repair order is already prepped by the service advisor. You diagnose with precision, collaborate with parts, and turn quality hours—supported by built-in toolboxes and up-to-date equipment. Between jobs, you tap into paid technical and EV training to stay ahead, while a service manager with 10+ years at the dealership keeps the lane moving smoothly and fairly.

What you’ll take on

• Accurately diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Perform maintenance and factory-recommended services
• Partner with service advisors and the parts team for efficient flow
• Deliver workmanship that earns strong CSI and repeat customers
• Engage in ongoing technical and EV training

What you bring

• 2+ years as an automotive technician
• ASE certifications and/or technical school training preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
• European brand experience is a plus
• Team-first mindset, solid work ethic, and a valid driver’s license
