    Position Summary:

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • Provide clinical supervision to Adult OP staff and interns, ensuring services meet internal and external regulatory standards.

    • Oversee the delivery of core services, including:

    • Diagnostic assessment

    • Individual and family psychotherapy

    • Service coordination

    • Skills coaching

    • Skills-building and behavioral health coaching

    • Ensure services are trauma-informed, culturally competent, and family-centered, and are delivered in diverse settings such as the office, schools, homes, and community-based locations.

    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate performance improvement plans as needed.

    • Support licensed and license-eligible clinicians in achieving professional development goals and licensure requirements (e.g., LCSW, LMHC).

    • Maintain program compliance with agency policies and state/federal regulations.

    Therapist Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
    • Diagnose and provide evidence-based treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
    • Develop, implement, and update individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans.
    • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using brief, solution-focused, and evidence-based interventions.
    • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
    • Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring appropriate level of care, client engagement, and continuity of services.
    • Respond to clinical crises, including risk assessment and coordination of higher levels of care.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and referral sources, including outreach and presentations as assigned.
    • Meet established productivity, quality, and performance expectations.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Masters or doctoral degree(s) from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
    • FL license as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor or license eligible within six months
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience in a clinical setting, with at least one (1) year supervisory experience
    • Must possess knowledge of Florida Baker Act Law
    • Ability to manage personnel, plan programs, manage budget and work with other members of the management team
    • Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in collaboration with other community partners.
    • Ability to manage stressful situations and display appropriate work demeanor and boundaries.
    • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in all driving conditions.
    • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
