    Program Overview:River Edge is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Mental Health Clinician with a master's in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field. Based at our Adult Outpatient Center, this role involves conducting behavioral health assessments for adults with mental health, substance use, developmental, or co-occurring disorders. Ideal candidates are passionate professionals looking to grow within a mission-driven, nationally recognized organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct confidential behavioral health assessments and develop solution-focused treatment plans in collaboration with clients.Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and collaborative documentation.Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records, including treatment plans, case notes, and discharge summaries.Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training.Ensure compliance with all agencies, state, and regulatory policies, procedures, and quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    Licensed in either - LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or license eligible.Recent graduates with a Master's in a behavioral health field are encouraged to apply if license is eligible.Master's degree in social service field (Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services) or related fieldAt least one (1) year of postmaster's experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment.
