ADULT EDUCATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, including or supplemented by 15 credits in vocational guidance or other courses directly related to vocational counseling preparation.
- One year professional experience in vocational guidance and counseling.
- Master's degree preferred in psychology education, social work, personnel administration, counseling, or related fields which shall have included a minimum of 15 credits of graduate study in vocational guidance or other courses directly related to counseling preparation may be substituted for one year experience.
- Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a multi-tasking work environment.
- Experience working with individuals who are unemployed preferred.
- New Jersey driver's license and access to a car is required.
- Ability to speak a second language - Spanish highly preferred.
- New Jersey residency required within one (1) year from date of hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: Hourly Rate: $40.00
