    Our Adult Program Driver Assistants enjoy consistent schedules, guaranteed minimum hours, strong PTO growth, and meaningful work, supporting adult passengers with care, dignity, and respect.Unlike school bus positions, this role operates 12 months a year with no unpaid school breaks.

    Paid Time Off & Leave Benefits

    We reward long‑term commitment with increasing PTO every year:

    • Year 1: 7 days PTO

    - 56 hours of paid sick time annually

    Pay Rate

    $19.25+$2.00 per hour for routes requiring CPR certification

    Position Responsibilities

    • Assist adult passengers with physical, emotional, or mobility needs
    • Ensure safe boarding, seating, and exiting from the vehicle
    • Monitor passenger well‑being throughout the route
    • Communicate professionally with drivers, dispatch, supervisors, and program staff
    • Follow all safety procedures, route instructions, and company policies
    • Provide a calm, respectful, and supportive presence at all times

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Able to pass a non‑DOT drug test and physical

    Schedule & Pay Stability

    • Guaranteed minimum: 20 hours per week
    • Average: 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    • Routes may offer additional hours
    • Consistent work all year: no unpaid breaks
