This position reports directly to the Community CEO and is responsible for supporting daily community operations, member engagement, programming, dining service, light housekeeping, safety, and general administrative coordination. Key duties include overseeing day-to-day workflows, promoting communication among staff, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of common areas, serving meals, assisting with activities, supporting residents’ needs, following safety, sanitation, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements, participating in training, and performing assigned duties with flexibility, teamwork, punctuality, and a focus on resident comfort, safety, and quality service.

 Qualifications:

• License LPN or RN
• Current hands-on CPR Certification.
• Must have a clear background screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
