Jewish Family and Children’s Service (JFCS) is an organization with a long-term presence of providing behavioral health and integrated health services to children, families, adults, and seniors in the Valley. Our client service population is currently approaching 50,000 annually and our employees are those who want to make a difference in the lives of those seeking help in various ways. JFCS provides case management, behavior support, therapy, medication management, Primary Care, and much more.
For more than 150 years, Jewish Family & Children’s Service has been helping individuals and families build a strong foundation for resilience and well-being across the lifespan. Through an integrated portfolio of more than 40 programs reaching communities throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts, JF&CS focuses on meeting the needs of new parents and their children, older adults and family caregivers, children and adults with disabilities, and people experiencing poverty, hunger, or domestic abuse.
Over the past decade, JF&CS has tripled in size to meet the growing need for our programs. Our staff of 550 employees and 2,200 active volunteers now serves more than 14,000 people each year throughout eastern and central MA. While continuing to provide personalized, “high-touch” services, JF&CS is increasingly committed to data-driven outcomes assessment to measure program impact and support continuous improvement.
