CRI is seeking a compassionate, organized, and self-motivated Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) Supports Coordinator to join our team. This position assists individuals receiving services through Pennsylvania's Adult Autism Waiver with identifying, coordinating, and monitoring the services and supports needed to help them achieve their goals and maintain independence.
This is primarily a work-from-home position; however, the Supports Coordinator must be available to travel throughout CRI's service area in Pennsylvania to meet with participants, families, providers, and other members of the support team. In-person participant visits are an essential function of this position.
