As an ADRC Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to Assessment and Screening Teams by assisting with calls, documentation, referrals, records, and daily office operations. 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday

Pay
$22.84 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Process overflow calls by assisting callers, redirecting inquiries, or taking messages for ADRC Representatives
- Retrieve and organize voicemail messages, shared files, and email communications
- Research scheduling and enrollment-related eligibility questions using required systems
- Enter referrals into PIMS and maintain chart assignment records
- Obtain Release of Information documents for applicants with guardians as needed
- Assist Assessment staff with enrollment documents, mail, and resource materials
- Prepare and send required documents, including physician faxes, Level of Care packets, and additional information packets
- Maintain office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Maintain resource materials and reorder supplies as needed
- Research and appropriately distribute misdirected faxes
- Accurately document information and maintain records related to daily job functions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support process improvement efforts and department goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements- High school diploma
- One year of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to accurately document information and manage confidential records
- Ability to analyze information and determine appropriate next steps
Nice to Have Skills- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access database use
Preferred Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of administrative support experience
Other Requirements- Ability to work on-site in Uniontown, OH
- Must be very detail-oriented and customer service focused
- Ability to sit at the front desk 2-3 times a week to greet and assist visitors
