Title: Adobe AEM Development & Support Engineer
Locations: Malvern/Dallas/Charlotte
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50-$55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Development & Support Engineer with 6 8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, application support, and platform maintenance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing AEM components, providing L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring application availability and performance.
The role requires hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Splunk, ServiceNow, MySQL, and production support in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
- Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, services, and content fragments.
- Configure and maintain AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and replication environments.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for AEM applications.
- Investigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Resolve application defects, bugs, and performance issues.
- Support content authors with content creation, publishing, workflows, and permissions.
- Monitor application health, performance, and system availability.
- Optimize caching strategies, content delivery, and application performance.
- Participate in release management, deployments, and environment support activities.
- Work with DevOps, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure successful releases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and RCA reports.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and adherence to development standards.
- Support service requests, incident management, and production validation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 8 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and support.
