Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients accurately and efficiently upon arrival
• Collect and verify patient demographic, insurance, and other required information
• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage as required
• Ensure patient information is complete and accurate in the registration system
• Assist patients with the check-in and admissions process
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients and visitors
• Handle registration-related questions and direct patients to the appropriate departments when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements
• Follow established hospital policies, procedures, and patient access protocols
• Work effectively with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow
• Perform other patient access and registration duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient Registration
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to accurately enter and verify patient information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work required weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
