Summary
The Admission Support Assistant is responsible for the frontline customer service of current and potential clients, which includes answering and distributing telephone calls to appropriate representatives/staff and routing internal and external materials to appropriate college personnel. The Admissions Support Assistant is the first person who our customers meet or talk to when they visit or call the campus, and therefore, must project a positive customer supportive attitude.
