Description
Position Title: Admissions Operations Specialist
Department: Admissions
Reports to: Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Operations and Reporting
Classification: Non-exempt
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time (40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year), on campus in-person
Summary/Objective: Reporting to the AVP of Enrollment Operations, Admissions Operations Specialist supports the operational and data-management functions of the Office of Admissions. This position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of admissions materials, maintenance of applicant records, support of CRM and student information system workflows, and continuous improvement of admissions processes. The specialist works closely with admissions counselors to ensure an efficient, accurate, and student-centered admissions experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support application completion, decision release, admission packet preparation, and enrollment communication workflows.
Qualifications
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, as well as extensive typing and computer work. This position requires the ability to lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds occasionally.
