Admissions Liaison

Reporting to the Deputy Director the Admission Liaison is responsible for leading census development and occupancy management to achieve financial goals of the facility while also maintaining compliance in accordance with local state and federal standards and regulations established facility policies and procedures. This role is responsible for developing and nurturing professional relationships with case managers physicians and clinicians in acute care hospitals educating staff patients and families regarding rehabilitation services provided by our centers. In addition this position will assess patients with rehab diagnosis on-site at referring hospitals for admission to the rehab hospital and manage the referral process. This position may require working beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.
