The Admissions Evaluation Team Coach is responsible for assessing and coaching the Admissions Evaluator's performance in order to meet key performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis. This includes but is not limited to data monitoring, reviewing application records or item evaluations, and real-time coaching.

Work Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Salary: $38,500 - $43,500 annually

Essential duties:

  • Manage the Admissions Evaluation team by monitoring and coaching to ensure they are being

held accountable to meet and exceed KPI's and objectives.

  • Supervise the day-to-day functioning of assigned Admissions Evaluators, including, but not

limited to: scheduling needs, employee management, and job performance.

  • Train in program knowledge, system knowledge, and best practices in the

review/evaluation of admissions items as outlined by the program requirements.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about all Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral programs to

speak into program decisions, issues, and new student enrollment.

  • Analyze data and identity performance gaps and provide feedback to the Admissions Evaluator

on a real-time basis, as well as in one-on-one meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Candidates must have:

  • 2-3 years leadership experience in a call center environment, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to coach/motivate a team to performance metrics
