    What We Need You to Do

    As the Admissions Director, you will play an essential role in coordinating admissions for both Nazareth Home campuses while building strong relationships with residents, patients, families, healthcare providers, and community partners.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for both campuses.
    • Work closely with families, residents, patients, hospitals, physicians, healthcare providers, and referral partners to ensure positive transitions into Nazareth Home.
    • Develop and maintain a strong referral network and cultivate professional relationships with healthcare and community partners.
    • Successfully manage communication and relationships with prospective residents, patients, families, and referral sources.
    • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication throughout the admissions process.
    • Plan and organize the program of work for the department.
    • Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure department objectives are met.
    • Assign duties and monitor work for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
    • Identify opportunities to improve the admissions process and enhance the experience for residents and their families.
    • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support organizational goals and census growth.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and referrals.

    What We're Looking For

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience in healthcare, long-term care, senior living, admissions, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership, delegation, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office applications.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for residents, patients, and their families.

    Job Type: Full-Time
    Schedule: Day Shift; some weekend calls
    Position: Salaried
    Location: Louisville, KY 40205 / 40206
    Work Location: In Person
    Commute: Reliably commute to Louisville, KY or planning to relocate before starting work preferred.
