AC's will be strategically sent to favorable events and locations to represent the institution. If on a trip an AC collects names or other date for a prospective student in another cohort then this information is relayed within the office and to the other cohort leaders. For example, if the AC who oversees women's soccer is on a trip in Colorado and meets a prospect interested in women's basketball, the contact information is loaded into the system under the associated admissions counselor.
