Major/Essential Functions
- Represents Texas Tech University during daily campus tours, Saturday visit programs, and other events through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
- Meet with prospective students and families that visit campus to discuss the enrollment process at Texas Tech University.
- Partner with campus community on various tours, academic information sessions, and events.
- Provide walking and driving campus tours when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the prospective students, parents, and counselors through meetings and
- admissions presentations.
- Provide exceptional customer service through all Visitors Center activities.
- Communicate with your supervisor regarding any Visitors Center issues or feedback received from guests.

M-F 8-5 evening and weekend programs as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of higher education recruitment and admissions.
- Sales and territory management experience.
- Event planning, coordination and implementation.
- Experience in recruitment or admissions desirable.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
- Public Relations experience.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus one year related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal five years.
This position requires eligibility to drive TTU vehicles, including a valid U.S. driver license and two years of driving experience.
