Responsibilities
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess resident needs.
- Inquiry calls and tours for short term rehab and long term nursing care
- Coordinate admission paperwork, authorizations, equipment, and services
- Conduct facility tours and help grow census through exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois LPN License
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Previous Medicare admissions preferred
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Must have the desire to work with and serve seniors and their families
