Job Description
Under the direction of the National Outreach Manager, Outreach Coordinators- National Area Management, fulfill three primary functions: coordinating national CES recruitment events, managing admissions CRM operations and communications, and serving as admissions recruiters within assigned recruitment territories. In these roles, coordinators develop and deliver recruitment communication campaigns, manage prospect communications throughout the admissions funnel, coordinate recruitment events, and build relationships with high school counselors, CES contacts, prospective students, parents, alumni, and other constituent audiences through on-campus outreach, presentations, and recruitment events across the country. Coordinators also assist applicants throughout the admissions process and partner with campus departments and Alumni Relations to support recruitment objectives. Frequent travel (often up to a week at a time, totaling 10–12 weeks annually) is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, business administration, information systems, marketing, organizational leadership, communications, or related fields.
Experience:
2-3 years+ professional experience coordinating CRM platforms, marketing, project coordination, public relations, or related field. Presenting to large groups. Prior CRM management experience/certification and experience supervising college-age employees strongly preferred. Previous professional experience in higher education is desirable.

Work Schedule
Standard Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Extended Schedule Requirements: Travel or extended shifts (up to a full week at a time, including some weekends) are required for a total of 10–12 weeks per year.
Physical Requirements
Regular requirement to carry, pull, or push totes, suitcases, and boxes of materials as part of recruitment travel, inventory management, etc. Materials include promotional materials (print, merchandise, etc.), presentation materials (projectors and other equipment), luggage, banners, and other presentation/promotion/travel supplies.
