What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout the admissions journey, offering reassurance and guidance to enhance their experience.
  • Manage the entire admissions process, facilitating seamless internal communication to optimize client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate and clarify information for callers, clients, and families to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, effectively conveying the benefits of our programs and services.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills, adapting to shifting priorities while consistently delivering outstanding client support.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly, keeping electronic records accurate and current.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 years applicable experience in Behavioral Health field preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation for this role ranges from $22.00-$28.00 per hour depending on education and experience.
