$40,000.00 - $49,500.00 USD annually

The Admissions Advisor is a full-time employee who supports enrollment goals of ASU Preparatory Academy schools by providing exceptional service to prospective students and families. The Admissions Advisor will perform general recruiting and enrollment responsibilities through building internal and external relationships via a variety of customer facing channels. Additionally, the Admissions Advisor assists prospective students in locating the best programming support for the student and family. This position acts as the first point of contact and face of the admissions department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two to three (2-3) years of experience in recruitment, marketing, sales, customer service, student enrollment, or related experience.
• Bilingual, a plus.
• AZ Resident, required.
• Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage in activities to increase ASU Preparatory Academy brand awareness in the community and develop a pipeline of prospective students.
• Communicate with prospective students, parents, and community through appointment, chat, telephone, email, CRM and other materials.
• Liaises for internal coordination of student recruitment and enrollment management utilizing knowledge of admissions, registration criteria, and deadlines.
• Assist with the development and management of recruitment and enrollment marketing publications.
• Assist students in completing the application process, including retrieval of required forms; audit student records and notify students/prospective students of outstanding documents needed to complete their enrollment.
• Stay up-to-date with ASU Preparatory Academy programming so that communication is qualified and accurate when promoting the benefits of an ASU Prep education to prospective students and families.
• Employ a variety of admissions and recruitment strategies to engage and convert student leads to enrollments.
• Consistently meet the Admissions Advisor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Participate in both online and in person recruitment events and community activities.
• Protects the privacy of student account information through compliance with federal student privacy law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act - FERPA).
• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in addition to persuasively clear and concise customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization.
• Ability to analyze course prerequisites, curriculum and/or graduation requirements.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large groups.
• Knowledge of student recruitment and retention.
• Knowledge of current applicable federal, state, school district laws, codes, and regulations related to the area of student enrollment and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven focus.
• Knowledge of K-12 school setting.
• Experience using Google Drive including Forms and Sheets.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
• Excellent customer service, advising, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with technology, computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in B2C Salesforce platform preferred.

LOCATION:

Hybrid, 4 days a month at UCENT

TRAVEL:

Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences. Locations may vary and may require overnight stays.
