Evening availability is highly preferred.
Potential shifts:
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Operating Hours:
- Mon-Thur: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8:00 PM during Daylight Savings Time)
- Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Training
First 2 Weeks: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Week 1: Classroom Training
- Week 2: On-the-Job Training
- 100% attendance required during training
What You'll Do
This is a high-volume outbound sales environment utilizing a power dialer.
Responsibilities include:
- Making 500-600 outbound calls daily
- Engaging prospective students and building interest
- Transferring qualified prospects to campus representatives or scheduling appointments
- Achieving a minimum goal of 24 transfers/appointments per day
- Managing multiple systems simultaneously
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
- Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
- Highly motivated by performance metrics and results
- Assertive communication style with confidence on the phone
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment where performance is measured and ranked
