The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Administrative Coordinator to join our Corporate Office. If you're an organized, detail-driven professional who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly and enjoys being the go-to person clients trust, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do:

As the backbone of our Service Operations team, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact clients rely on for accurate billing and clear communication. Your day-to-day will include:

• Client Service – Be the go-to contact for client questions on invoices, services, and account details. Solve billing issues quickly and professionally, and help set up and maintain client accounts with accuracy and care.

• Account & Contract Administration – Keep client accounts and contracts accurate and current, including billing terms, pricing, tax status, and documentation.

• Invoicing & Project Accounting – Generate and send clear, accurate invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and support project accounting, forecasting, and dispute resolution.

• Administrative & Operational Support – Pitch in on research, data gathering, payroll processing, and collections to keep the branch running efficiently.

• Documentation & Recordkeeping – Maintain organized, confidential records that support audits, compliance, and day-to-day operations.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years of accounting or administrative experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• A knack for clear communication, organization, and problem-solving
