Position Description:

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service & assistance
• Prepare monthly reports
• Provide required reports and documentation to insurance companies
• Handle accounts payable
• Perform general clerical and admin duties
• Coordinate owners calendars
• Assist with other duties and projects as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Quickbooks
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of computers and office equipment
• Strong multitaking skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
