    Gateway Healthcare Nebraska is seeking motivated, future-focused leaders to join our Administrator in Training (AIT) Program. This immersive, hands-on leadership program is designed for individuals pursuing licensure as a Skilled Nursing Home Administrator and looking to build a long-term career in healthcare operations and executive leadership.

    Location

    Omaha, NE | Lincoln, NE | Norfolk, NE
    Relocation after training may be preferred based on placement opportunities.

    Schedule

    Full-Time | Multi-Month Training Program

    Compensation

    • Competitive base salary during training
    • Upon licensure and placement as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, participants transition into a comprehensive compensation package including:

    What You’ll Learn

    As an AIT, you will train directly under an experienced Administrator mentor while gaining exposure to all aspects of skilled nursing and senior care operations.

    Training Areas Include:

    • Skilled nursing facility operations
    • Leadership and team management
    • Clinical and regulatory compliance
    • CMS and state survey processes
    • Risk management and healthcare compliance
    • Budgeting and fiscal operations
    • Human resources and staffing
    • Customer service and resident experience

    This program is designed to prepare you for success as a healthcare executive through real-world operational experience and leadership development.

    What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Must meet state requirements for Nursing Home Administrator licensure eligibility

    Additional Qualification to Include

    • Willingness to complete the Administrator in Training (AIT) program in either Omaha, NE or Beatrice, NE, with flexibility to relocate following completion of the program preferred.
