Healthcare System organization
. They are looking to add an
RN Administrator Hospice Operations to their post-acute division to guide clinical services and operations for a branch. The branch is located near
Shawnee, KS. Registered Nurse with strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in hospice is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
Administrator Hospice Operations Requirements- Hospice homecare operations leadership experience.
- Start-up experience a plus.
- Expert in state and federal hospice regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
Administrator Hospice Operations Responsibilities- Oversite Hospice daily and clinical branch operations.
- Oversite of directly reporting clinical managers.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
