Administrator Home Health Operations Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They are looking to add an Administrator Home Health Operations to guide clinical services and operations for a very large location in Florida. The branch is located in Altamonte Springs, FL. A Clinician (RN or PT) is required. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
Administrator Home Health Operations Requirements- Multi-site Home Health operations leadership experience or large ADC oversight of single branch
- Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
- Clinician is required (RN or PT) Bachelor’s degree required.
- For-profit experience
Administrator Home Health Operations Responsibilities- Oversite of financials, daily operations, and clinical operations.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
- Support census growth and mentor other branch directors in the territory.
