Administrator - Field Service

Planning and scheduling field service resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base. -Planning and scheduling field service resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base.
-Driving customer satisfaction through the use of effective communication skills and following through on expectations.
-Managing the strategic scheduling and efficiency of Field Service resources while balancing priorities.

The required qualifications for the job include:
-High School Degree or equivalent
-2+ years of Customer service and/or service coordination/dispatching or case management experience
-Knowledge of standard Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office)

It would be a plus if you had previous experience in:
-Associate's or Bachelor s Degree
-Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics routing
-Knowledge of Oracle/Service Max or similar SMS is desired
