The Transaction Processor will support high-volume administrative processing operations related to enrollment and eligibility transactions. Reporting to a Transaction Processing Supervisor, this role is responsible for researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with internal staff and stakeholders.
Process transactions accurately according to established procedures and guidelines.
Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for assigned tasks.
Maintain quality standards with minimal errors according to the Quality Assurance Plan.
Provide strong internal and external customer service.
Maintain knowledge of operational systems and processing procedures.
Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet contract guidelines.
Maintain punctual attendance and readiness for daily responsibilities.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to achieving high performance results.
Follow all project site attendance and operational policies.
Ability to type 40+ words per minute

Strong organizational skills and time management
College degree preferred
Experience in eligibility determination or transaction processing is preferred
Office-based work environment
Fast-paced production environment
Occasional overtime may be required, including evenings or weekends
Primarily seated work with frequent keyboard use
Occasional standing, walking, or reaching
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Close vision and ability to focus on computer screens for extended periods
