This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits
Job-related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Responsibilities:
This position is full-time in an office setting.
Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries; answering general questions; entering and retrieving client information in the computer; and uploading documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy.
Serves as the EBT clerk.
Make appropriate program referrals to community resources.
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
Participate in individual and staff conferences.
Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.
Writes, presents, and interprets information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
Performing various backup duties as required.
