Summary:

Goldbelt Halo, LLC is looking for a Administrative Support / Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, correspondence, memoranda, trackers, and administrative deliverables.
  • Maintain status trackers, workload data, records, and reporting documentation.
  • Support meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Screen and route incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and administrative requests.
  • Assist with data-quality reviews and document formatting.
  • Track administrative due-outs and suspense items.
  • Support preparation of training materials and educational products.
  • Provide administrative support that allows case managers to remain focused on production workload.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written communication, document formatting, and records-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Administrative support experience in healthcare, DoD, federal contracting, military medical operations, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience maintaining trackers, reports, correspondence, or workload metrics.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1 background investigation and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting medical readiness, case management, military healthcare, or AFRC operations.
  • Familiarity with Government reporting, meeting minutes, suspense tracking, and medical administrative terminology.
  • Experience working with PII, PHI, and HIPAA-protected information.
