Type of Employment Regular Full-Time If Part Time, Enter Hours Per Week Work Location Murray, KY Employment Term 12 Months Position Type Staff - Non-Exempt (Hourly) Department Nursing Doctoral Operations Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinates the daily operations of the Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program, assists with the Nurse Anesthesia program, and student communications to assure the most efficient and effective utilization of resources.

  • Responsible for providing the Clinical Affiliate Sites with appropriate student information prior to each rotation.
  • Assists with the program communication to clinical and academic instructors.
  • Coordinates with the DNP Faculty to schedule meeting facilities and maintains program scheduling calendar.
  • Coordinates with the DNP Faculty on the compilation and distribution of weekly schedule of classes and meetings.
  • Collaborates with program faculty and students to ensure positive interactions
  • Responds promptly to faculty and student needs.
  • Oversees the solicitation of faculty and student feedback to improve service
  • Responsible for responding promptly to program requests for assistance.
  • Maintains program documentation for all administrative and fiscal records to ensure compliance with required accreditation standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Nurse Anesthesia Program administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Requirements

  • Two years of college.

Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Four years of upper-level office experience in a business, government, or industrial setting. Additional college and related experience may be exchanged year-for-year to meet qualifications.
  • Alertness, initiative, attention to accuracy, memory for oral and written directions or details, ability to plan and make decisions often without instruction or supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keyboarding, filing, MS Office Suite programs, office procedures; bookkeeping may be required.
  • Excellent decision-making skills, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Pleasant disposition and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask.
