SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: As a member of our Administration team, the Administrative Specialist role serves as an internal resource to office, sales, and production staff. This role coordinates the creation of and maintenance of products, Bills of Materials, costing, and pricing within our ERP. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of business operations, inventory management, business processes, and organizational objectives.
SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

- Enjoy independent, project-based work. Many projects will require self-teaching to determine a solution for business opportunities
- Flexibility to work on and balance a variety of projects and other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Sage
- Excellent team player with above average computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Highly motivated, good attitude, strong sense of urgency, and is a self-starter
- Detail oriented and possess creative problem-solving skills
- Desire for continuous learning opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Availability of working flexible hours (early morning/evening hours) when needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
