What You'll Do

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Enter and manage customer purchase orders within our ERP system.
• Communicate order status, delivery timelines, product information, and updates to customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate solutions across departments.
• Process returns, credits, and customer requests.
• Build positive relationships and create an exceptional customer experience.

Support Inventory and Operational Activities

• Monitor and maintain inventory records and transactions within the ERP system.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
• Assist with inventory movement and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Assist with inventory planning and supply replenishment activities.

Provide Administrative and Business Support

• Support purchasing activities and process purchase orders for operational supplies.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support.
• Assist with various administrative projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to five years of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations support, purchasing, inventory management, or related business functions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, or supply chain activities.
• Experience with basic accounting or accounts payable processes.
• Experience supporting customers in a business-to-business environment.

Work Environment
